The Dutch Baby. Boo-Yow.

Well, I completed the Dutch Baby Challenge. I think mine performed according to spec.

We ate it "utterly plain" as described in the recipe, and found it tasty, if somewhat bland. It tasted like a low-flavor Yorkshire pudding. And it was really fun to watch.
